College Radio Day

College Radio Day Official Participant Station

The first ever College Radio Day will take place Tuesday, October 11th to celebrate the important contribution college radio makes to America’s radio waves. College stations and listeners across North America will unite to raise national awareness of college radio by encouraging people who would not normally listen to College Radio to do so on College Radio Day.

WUAG is proud to be a registered participant station. We’ll be airing a special programming schedule and archive highlights, hosting a double feature movie night at Tate St Coffee, and announcing the winners of the WUAG Sticker Scavenger Hunt. Plus, keep an ear out for WUAG playing in local businesses!

College Radio Day is a chance for stations and their listeners to celebrate good music and the people that love it. Be sure to to tell your mom, your drycleaner, your roommate’s great aunt, and everyone with ears or a hearing aid to tune in to WUAG 103.1 for College Radio Day, Tuesday October 11th.
